| Mr. André Carpentier is a member of the International St. Lawrence River Board of Control since December 1985. As an engineer in the hydraulics Branch of the "ministère de l'Environnement et de la Faune du Québec", Mr. Carpentier is involved in water issues for more than 25 years. He was, for example, a member of many Federal-Provincial Committees relating to water management of the Montréal area and the Ottawa River and to different water regulation studies of the Great Lakes/St. Lawrence Basin. He is also Chairman of the Ottawa River Regulation Planning Committee. |
