Mr. Golding is Manager of the Canadian Coast Guard's
Waterways Development Division. He has participated
for many years in both personal and professional
capacities in various International Joint Commission
(IJC) activities related to the regulation of water
levels and flows in the Great Lakes -St. Lawrence
River system.
